WRIT OF MANDAMUS.

A writ of mandamus against Mr. G. N. Morris, 5.M.,.0f Whangarci, to compel him to hoar a complaint for cancellation of a maintenance order under the Destitute Persons Act was brought by Stanley Walter Bean Wilson, a labourer, of Whangarci, before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court this morning. The case was adjourned this morning and was continued this afternoon.
