WILL NOT BE DROPPED. MINISTER'S DECLARATION. ! GOVERNMENT WILL GO ON. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. ■ Replying to an urgent question,. the Minister of Transport, the Hon.' W. A. Veitch told the House of Representatives thie morning that the Transport Bill would not be dropped. The newspaper statement that the measure was to : be abandoned was unfounded. The Government would go on with the bill.
