A SUCCESSFUL FLOTATION. Another example of the desire of investors to obtain first-class Mortgage Debentures is shown by the recent issue of First Mortgage IVz per cent Debentures by Marlsbrough Mansions, Ltd. The issue has been very freely subscribed, and for the thne being it is not proposed to issue more than the limited number mentioned in the prospectus. The balance will be put on the market in about two months' time, but it is pi'oposed to allow such applicants as are in excess of the present issue to obtain Preferential Booking. Particulars of the issue and copy of Prospectus in ay be obtained from the organising broker, C. J. Green, Bank of Xcw Zealand Chamber*, Swanson Street, Auckland. 'Phone 42-100.—(Ad.) •
