SYDNEY, July 12,

Mr. John Hayes, a retired publisher, who was lost overboard from the Marama between Auckland and Sydney last March, left an estate valued at £10,056.

Among the bequests under the testator's will is one of £300 to Mrs. Rogers, of Auckland.
