Free Use Of Guns By Prohibition Agents. BITTER AMERICAN DEBATE. ; (United Service.) (Received 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 13. Following the death of a third citizen shot by a prohibition agent under the misapprehension of being a rum-runner the whole question of the use of firearms has been thrown into the House of Representatives, resulting in bitter debates. Various members demanded the total disarmament of agents, and others hotly defended their actions.
