MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.

The Minister of Education (Hon. H. Atmore), who completed his North Auckland tour last evening, spent the night at the Grand Hotel, and left by car this morning for Cambridge, where lie inspected the district high school. This afternoon Mr. Atmore visited the Hamilton East School, and afterwards received deputations from the Te Awamutu District High School Board, the Hamilton High School Board, the Tc Poi School Committee, Melville School Committee, the Hamilton West Parents' Association and School Committee, and the Horsham Downs settlers. To-night the Minister will join the Limited for Wellington.

The Minister of Public Works (Hon. E. A. Ransom) will visit the King Country next week. He is due to arrive at Otorohanga on Monday morning, and will visit Te Kuiti in the afternoon.

I The Postmaster-General (Hon. J. B. Donald), who has been confined to his homo with influenza, has resumed his public duties, and is in attendance at the Ministerial rooms at the Chief Post Office. Mr. Donald may leave for Wellington at the week-end. This morning the Minister received a deputation from the Grafton School Committee. MR. STALLWORTI-IY ON WEST COAST. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WESTPORT, this day. • The Minister of Health, the Hon. A. .7. Stallvvorthy, yesterday traversed the Nelson - Inangahua - Westport railway route. He visited the Westport Hospital, maternity hospital and old people's home, in company with Mr. H. E. Holland, M.P., and at a civic reception last night he was given a warm welcome by the Mayor, Mr. Holland and the Hon. W. H. Mclntyre. It was stated that the local railway was the best-paying one in New Zealand. Mr. Stallworthy left at 7 a.m. for Greyinouth, accompanied by Mr. Holland and Mr. C. G. Black, M.P.
