HUNTLY'S PROGRESS.
BUILDING BY-LAWS. (By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") HUNTLY, this day. The opinion that the present building regulations in Huntly, were too drastic was expressed by Mr. George, chairman, at a meeting of the Huntly Town Board. The regulations were impeding building progress in the borough. It was decided to deal with the matter at a special meeting.
