FORGERY OF WILL ALLEGED.
JURY UNABLE TO AGREE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORXE, Wednesday. In the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. .Justice Ostler Rua Haenga was charged with forging and uttering a document purporting to be the will of Hati Pakaroa, who died in 1927. The jury, after four hours' retirement, could not agree and the Judge ordered a new trial at the next session.
