LEAGUE COUNCIL.

(Received 1 p.m> RUGBY, March 1 Sir Ansten Chamberlain is much better and will leave London on Saturday for Geneva to attend the League of Nations Council meeting. which begins on Monday. The item on the agenda attracting most attention is the question of European minorities. The Canadian representative has a resolution down regarding procedure, and both Herr Stressmann (Germany) and M. Zaleski (Poland) are expected to make statements on the subject.
