DICTATOR RETURNS.
Pilsudski Creates Sensation In Senate. CONDEMNS BUDGET CUTS. Australian Press Assn. —T*nit«J Service.) (Received 11 a.m.) WARSAW, March 1. There is considerf ble excitement in the capital owing to Marshal Pilsudski's dramatic re-entry into politics, showing that he is still virtual Dictator, although he recently relinquished the Premiership. Yesterday, without warning, he walked into the Senate and ordered the Press and public from the Chamber. He then delivered a vigorous speech condemning the Budget cuts which the Diet made, whereupon the Senate, without demure, restored all the cuts. Newspapers are also drawing attention to Pilsudski's allegations, prior to his coup d'etat of 1926, that members of Cabinet used funds destined for the War Ministry in order to indulge in orgies at which they entertained their mistresses and political supporters. There is a general demand that Pilsudski should publish the names of the Ministers concerned.
