Sentences On Kidnappers Broadcast. M.P. IMMUNE FROM SENTENCE. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association ) (Received 11 a.m.) BERLIN*, February 19. An ironic aspect of the wireless hoax is that the sentences imposed on the kidnappers were broadcast. Kark Schulz goes scot free under Parliamentary immunity.

Over 1,000,000 German wireless listenersin were hoaxed on Qctober 6, when it was announced that a Socialist, Herr Sehwarz, would lecture on the problem of ensuring peace. Listeners were amazed to hear a passionate eulogy of Communism and a denunciation of Socialism. It was revealed that Karl Schulz, a Communist, had impersonated the Socialist, who had been kidnapped by three other Communists and conveyed to a lonely village several miles from Berlin.
