VISITORS MUCH IMPRESSED

Joining the Taupo Totara Timber Company's train at Putaruru yesterday, the touring party of Parliamentary i tembers travelled to Lichfield, accompanied by Messrs. E. F. Nelson and A. J. Parker, of the timber company. At Tokoroa the cheese factory was inspected, and the party were driren round the district. The visitors were greatly impressed with the progress in modem methods of farming. They were informed that about 10,000 trees are now being annually for shelter. Later a vtii* was paid to Ongoroto, i •with farther favourable impressions. the> travellers are visiting '.Waiotu, Pnketurua a*& Arapuni.
