TEMPERATURE DROPS 30 DEGREES

HAMILTON, this day.

A drop of 30 degrees Las been recorded ia the temperature in the past three days, and women who, during the week-end, 'had difficulty in keeping cool in flimsy summer garments, arfe to-day garbed in winter attire.

A heavy downpour of rain and hail has accompanied the cold snap, which, if not prolonged, will not affect the farms or stock.
