TWO DUNE DIN CONTRACTS.
LET TO AUCKLAND FIRMS. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. A contract for the bitumenous sur facing of a portion of the main South Road, south of Green Island, has been let to "Robert Sanders and feon, of Auckland, and the tender of another Auckland firm is also accepted by the Public Works Department for the similar surfacing of four miles of the Portobello Road, next to the city boundary.
