RIFLE SHOOTING.

A TAURANGA VETERAN. At a recent meeting of the Tauranga Defence Rifle Club, a presentation of a case of pipes was made to Mr. T. Floyd, a foundation member of the club, who was leaving Tauranga to reside In Auckland. Mr. Flyod has been connected with rifle shooting for the past 48 years, when he first joined the Tc Awamutu Volunteer Cavalry. Since the inception of the Tauranga Defence Rifle Club he has been a member, and a regular competitor. Although now 65 years of age. Mr. Floyd still enjoys a visit to the rifle range.
