An accident similar to that in which Autos Augustus Avery lost his life occurred in Te Kuiti this morning, when J. Hodgson received burns on his face and head by the explosion of a primus lamp. Air. Hodgson was pumping the lamp when the primus cup blew ofl", and the contents of the lamp spurted over his face and head. His injuries are not serious.
