HEAVY TRAFFIC FEES.
SHOULD MUNICIPAL BUSES PAY? (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Monday. The Palmers ton North Borough Council to-night decided to forward to the next municipal conference a remit protesting against heavy traffic fees having to be paid on municipally-owned buses, which run for the ratepayers' convenience on roads maintained by the latepayers' money.
