PEERS SIDE WITH PROJECT.

Sir William Bull, chairman of the Channel Tunnel Parliamentary Committee, who is Conservative member for South Hammersmith, announces that 67 peers and 112 members of the House ci Commons Hie definitely in favour of the project; 42 peers and 11 members arc opposed to it; and 24 peers and 80 members are neutral.
