Escaped.
WANTED FOR A YEAR
(Special to Press Association.) (Received 11 a.m.) APIA, November 8. The Chinaman, Chang Sang, wlio escaped from custody six months ago while awaiting trial for murders at Lotopa, in October, 1927, surrendered to the police yesterday. He was remanded to November 15.
