TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT.
ME. JUSTICE FRAZER MENTIONED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. It is understood that Mr. Justice Frazer, president or the Arbitration Court, is to act temporarily as a judge of the Supreme Court.
No appointment has been made to the Bench since the sudden death of Sir William Sim, and the shortage of judsies is increased by the prolonged illness of the Chief Justice, Sir Charles Skerrett, and "the absence on holiday of Mr. Justice Herdman.
