CYCLIST'S FATAL ERROR.

INTERCARGILL, Tuesday.
The inquest concerning the death of Finlay McGilvray, aged 19, a. motor mechanic, who met his death in a collision with a track on September 28, ended to-day. The evidence showed that McGilvray, instead of swinging to the rear of the lorry, veered to the wrong side in an endeavour to pass in front of it. The coroner 5 * verdict was that McGilvray died as the result of shock and injuries sustained in the collision.No blame was attachable to the track driver.
