FOUND STRANDED AND DAMAGED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. Two larg© power-boats, the Pacific and the Waitea, were taken from their moorings last evening, and were found stranded on the mud banks this morning.
