Charge Of Murdering Two Girls. ALLEGED CONFESSION. (By Radio.—Special t'o Press Association.) APIA, July 27. \ Chinese coolie, Choo look, after a five days' trial on a charge of murderin-' two girls at Lotopa in October, was acquitted. In a statement to the police lie had confessed his guilt, but at his trial he said his alleged confession was extorted by insufficient food, and assault by the police. Accused also called evidence to prove an alibi. Under cross-examination he .rave the date of the alleged assault as subsequent to the date upon which his confession was made.
