CLIMB DOWN!
Here's a Laddergram that should be mighty satisfying after the mid-day meal. Follow the resrular procedure by finding a word which differs from Noon by a single letter, and without transposing the other letters keep on climbing down until Noon is changed to Hour in the six allotted steps.
