Since accused has been out on bail he has visited the complainant's house in ParnelL If he is to be allowed bail again I would ask that he should be told he must not go near Gilmer." Accused denied that he visited the house. Mr. Hammond: You were there last night, Mr. Marchant, who appeared for Stewart, explained that with Stewart he went to Mr. Gilmer's house last night for the purpose x\f viewing the premises. Counsel denied that accused spoke to the complainant. The remand was granted and bail was renewed.
