AMERICA AND ITALY.
ARBITRATION TREATY. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 18. An arbitration treaty with Italy will be signed at the State Department on April 19 by Mr. F. B. Kellogg, Secretary of State, and the Italian Ambassador, Count Giaeomo de Martino.
