After a great fighting Innings, with the odds all against it, Albion drew with Grange on Saturday, and won the first grade cricket championship. Grange declared on the. previous Saturday with six wickets down for 409, and the passing of that total was too difficult a task for Albion to attempt. Had Grange secured a two-point win by beating Albion in the first innings, the teams would have been equal In points, but Orange would Have won on the averages.
