- WARNING FROM MAGISTRATE.

The four men, James Frank William Pool (55), Charles Laird (42), Daniel McFarlane (43), and Thomas Weir (48), who pleaded jniilty on Saturday to being found on Friday night without lawful excuse in the yard of the Auckland Gas Company at Freeman's. Bay, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court this morning for sentence. The magistrate remarked that all the men looked much better for the clean-np that they had had. He warned them that they must not go to the yard again. They were convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within 12 months.
