NEW ZEALAND ALLOCATION.
THREE PICTURES FROM DUNEDIN

DUNEDIN, this day. The president of tho Dunedin Public Ar< Gallery Socicty has received telegraphic afico that tho Dominion selectors in Wellington have chosen three works from Dunedin for tho Imperial Institute Gal o ry .,° r, tho . art « xl »">>tion to be held at South Kensington, London, from April to ■June, 1028. Ton pictures were sent fron. Dunedin to Wellington, representing seven artists.
Tho total allocation for New Zealand is 18, so that Dunedin haa a fair share in tho representation. One is a land scape water-colour by Mrs. J. Mclndo* (Mabel Hill), entitled "Late Afternoon, Taumoa."; another is Miss Kathleen s landscape water-colour, "A Sunny Slope," and the third is Mr. T H Jenkin'a "Tho Pink Dress." Each of these was in the recent Art Gallery ex hibition at Dunedin.
