WASHINGTON, August 28. Lieutenant Tbos. E. Williamson, a Naval flyer, was yesterday court-rosr-tialled for flying dangerously low ovar the city. He was accused of being an «*ri*l Romeo, flying low in order to blow kisses to his sweetheart, who was standing in the window of an apartment building.
