. (By TUegrapfc—Own Correspondent.) ' DUNEDIN, this day. The magnitude of the site which has been purchased by Mr. T. A. O'Brien in Danedin for the erection of the New Empire Theatre may be imagined when it is stated that in addition to the I present Empire Theatre, the land purchased from the Kaiapoi Woollen Co. Las an a*** of over a quarter of an acre. The Moray Place frontage is occupied by the spacious warehouse of the Kaiapoi Co, which is included in the purchase. The other boundaries are the present Empire Theatre, the automatic telephone etehange, the Masonic Hall and the old Cberal Hall.
