Wifliam James Moore was charged with entering the Midland Hotel, Taumarunui, on August 13, and stealing articles of bedding valued at £9 6/, the property of Mrs. Ballymore. . . DANIEL SOUTH AGAIN. There was no necessity to show Daniel South (47) the way to.the dock. Daniel got drunk yesterday, and was lifting his bass voice in song in Albert Street when. Constable Magner came upon the scene, arresting him for being: disorderly while drunk. "I know this man's face well, 9 ; said the magistrate. "Hβ has been up here just about every fortnight for..-years and yean.. He's fined £2, or seven days," 'Time to.pay, air?" asked South. "No, none at all/' replied Mr. Hunt.
