FILL IN A FORM AT ONCE. | Simplicity is the keynote of the free insurance scheme "which has been inaugurated by the "Auckland Star." It is free to all "Star" readers, and to obtain the benefits of a -wonderful scheme that ranges to payments as high as £1000, all that is necessary is to fill in one of the "Auckland Star" registration forms which are being published daily, forward same to the manager of the "Auckland Star" insurance department, who "will promptly return to the sender the certificate of registration. "Star" readers are urged to fill in a form at once, so as to be able to take advantage of the unique proposal, likewise there is an accompanying request to please "write clearly, as this will greatly facilitate the accuracy of registrations. The scheme is free of any irksome restrictions, the benefits and conditions are clearly outlined, while behind it is the guaranteed security of the Prudential Assurance Company of London, one of the world's leading assurance companies. The insurance will cover all "Auckland Star" readers over the age 'of 17 and under the age of 70, will apply throughout New Zealand, and will nold good during such continuous period as the reader shall receive the "Auckland Star" under subscription or order, including any days during such period on which the newspaper is not issued, but not beyond midnight of June 30, 1928. (4) f if the accident is to a Steam, Electric, Cable or Horse Tramway Car, or to an Omnibus, Cab, Motor Car or Ferry Boat (in every case plying for public hire and being duly licensed and driven by a Licensed Driver). (5) f-OXA should any such accident (referred to in 1, 2, 3 or 4) not prove fatal, bat result in the loss of both arms or legs, or an arm and leg, by actual separation at or above the wrist or ankle, or the irrecoverable loss of sight of both eyes. To many who are already insured it is a rare opportunity to make further provision for dependents.
