THE LEAGUE OF REMEMBRANCE.
The League of Remembrance lias just completed another year's work by the dispatch of goods to various orpliaunges, etc. The league is now in the ninth year since the end of the war, and there are members who have continuously and faithfully served the guild since its inception in 1914. The membership is naturally much smaller than it was during the war, but the quantity and quality of the garments turned out is still very good. nnd. judgim; from the grateful letters received, the £iiild i.» rendering a real service to thos-e who need a little help. The league representative, Mrs. Charles Smith, and members arc grateful for all donations and uifts received, which have enabled them to carry on for so long.
