TESTING THE OATH.
CANVASSING FOR PETITION.
(Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, Juno 29. Mr. Eamonn de Valera, the Republican leader, hints a,t legally testing the validity of the exclusion of members of the Fianna Fail party from the Chamber on account of their not taking the oath. Meanwhile the party is canvassing for the-requisite 75,000 signatures to enable a referendum to be taken on the question of cancelling the oath.
