MURCHISON OIL CO.
The latest report received by the Murchwm Oil Company, Ltd., from the driller is as follows:—Drilling was interrupted during last week for two and a-half days to prepare the steam-boiler for inspection. Depth-now 2100 ft, casing 2070 ft Reamer-lug broke off in hole on Saturday) but was successfully fished out and taken to Nelson for repairs. Slight caving has been experienced about 2000 ft.
