TRADE TRANSFERRED. RUSSIA STOPS ORDERS. (Received 2.80 pjn.) LONDON, May 15. In consequence of the Arcos raid, the Ifoecow Council of Commerce and Industry, has adopted a resolution requesting the Ministry of Commerce to transfer £10,000,000 worth of orders from Britain to other countries.
