BRITAIN'S PROTEST. (Received 12.30 r.ni.'i LONDON, February 23. The Australian Press understands that despite the dispatch of a Note to Russia, it is not likely that the protest will be pressed sufficiently far to entail the breaking off or Anglo-Russian relations.
