WEDDINGS.
The wedding took pla«e at the Baptist Tabernacle on February 10 of Miss Marjorie Evans, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F, Evans, of Epsom, and Mr. Cecil Batts, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Batts. of Landscape Road, Mount Eden. The Rev. Joseph VY. Kemp conducted the ceremony, and the church was beautifully decorated in and delphinium biue. a pleasing feature being a delightful fern areh, which supported the bell, Mies Gladys Evans, sifter of the bride, aqd Miss Mabel Evertpn, actpd as bridesmaids, while the bridegroom was attended by Mr. Eric Batts as best man, and Mr- Bob WiJlianis as groomsman. The reception and breakfast were held at Point Erin Park kicsk.
