MORE GERMAN MADNESS. LONDON, August 26. Twenty young Germans of both sexes, calling themselves "students of nature," caused a scandal by bathing naked in the River Maggia. near Locarno, Switzerland, and by wandering unclothed on the shore. They were expelled by the police, after the local youths had chasI, used the males.
