The fact that he l played in Auckland was no concern of . the Wellington body. The matter was • rather for the New Zealand Association. . Replying to an explanation of Mr. . Liversage, the Diamonds' treasurer, that • Guest's insurance fee had been paid, Mr. j Duncan said the club paid insurance f ee s . for eleven men only, yet during the sea- ■ son it played 'more than eleven men. • He said that, despite the fact of Gueet'e r name being on the list of names supplied, the insurance fees had been paid !• only for the eleven who had represented ■ ,: the club in the first match, in which.
