The annual report and balance-sheet nf the Ruawai Co-operative Dairy rompany, Ltd.. to be presented at the annual mt-et-ing on Monday, July 26, shows that the company made further progress during- the year ended May 31. During the year 467 fresh shares were allotted, making- a total of 9018. The advances to suppliers were:—Juno, 1/4; July to October, 1/5; November to May, 1/3. A sum or £1534 0/6 is available for distribution, which represents an interim dividend or id per lb on buuerfat supplied during- the months from November to May inclusive. A large portion or the output is still unsold. The output or the company continues to increase. A" total of 451 j tons or butter was manufactured during- the year, an increase of 22* tons over the previous year. The average grade was 92.2556. The number or suppliers was 123, nine less than the previous year. The increase in output should about compensate Tor the slightly reduced pay-out. The retiring- directors are Messrs. T. Wallace, \V. Mockert. F. Sterling and T. C. Pennell, all or whom offer themselves Tor re-election. mORRINSVILLE. At a meeting or directors of the Morrinsville Co-operative Dairy Company, it was decided to pay a interim bonus or Id per lb butterfat over the whole or the season's supply. The bonus will be made available next Friday, when £-5500 will be distributed. Thi advance payment Tor July was llxcd at 1/51. The secretary. Mr. J. L. Faulkner, and Mr. Forbes W'pst were appointed to attend the .National Dairy Association Conference at Wellington m-xt week. Ltd., at Port Albert on Saturday. July 24. states that 150 tons of butter were made during the yi-ar, an increase or seven tons over the previous season.
