The "Daily Telegraph" says that Mr. Stanley Baldwin. Prime Minister, will make a statement in the House of Commons this week in regard to the programme for the Imperial Conference. The possibility of a .light postponement of the conference has again arisen ovv injr to rhe dissolution of the Canadian Parliament, but it is hoped to avoid this postponement. — (A. and N.Z.)
