Discharges from bankruptcy were granted by Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day in the following cases: Arthur Thomas CrosSj builder, Morrinsville; Alfred P. Westbury, labourer, Glen Afton; Alexander N. Eklund and William Henry Eklund, miners, Glen Massey; Walter Pitcairn, farmer, Morrinsville; Herbert Platt, farmer, Walton; Charles James Futter, farmer, Puketotara; Augustus Venn, farmer, Taumarunui; Norman T. Todd, tailor, Matamata; Francis H. Soloman, farmer, Pukeatua; Albert E. Curd, farmer, Taumarunui; Sydney Jarvis, farmer, Taringamotu; Alexander Bowman, farmer, Taringamotu; Charles M. Casey, sawmiller, Raglan. The following applications were also dealt with: John H. Morrow, sharemilker, Morrinsville, suspended for three months; David Ormsby, Otorohanga, adjourned till next session; Kenneth" J. B. McCardle, adjourned till next session; Harry Graham, storekeeper, Hamilton, adjourned for further consideration.
