The president of the Tide Water Coiiipajiy will be president of the new concern. The resultant bfg-antsation will be known as The Tide Water Associated Oil Company. Both the constituent companies have traded in New Zealand for some years, and It is understood that Jncreased attention is to l>e given to the Business •possibilities of the Dominion. Arrangements are being: made to take up the question or the supply both in case and in bulk throughout the various districts. Mr. W. H.
