(By Telegraph.— Press Association.! HOKITTKA, Thursday. In the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Adams, charges of arson against John William Lipsett, alias John Sinclair, arising from iour fires on the night of September 28, when the Metho l dist Church was gutted, were -heard. The jury returned at 7.30 p.m.. Trith a verdict of not guilty on all counts.
