MURDERED COURIER. LONDON, February 8. It transpireSj says a message from Riga, that the Soviet courier who was murdered by bandits, who attacked him in the train in which he was travelling with a companion across Latvia, was carrying diamonds worth. £400,000, with which to obtain credits with German banks. The diamonds were recovered.
