SEQUEL TO COLLISION.
VERDICT, FOR PLATNTEFF. ' A .vgrdict that the collision *was attributable to the fault- of the defendant was returned by the jury in the case in -which Arthur J. Laird (Mr. Inder) claimed £700 damages from Samuel Trevor Dibble (Mr; Richmond) for injuries received as the result pf a collision on June 3, 1925. - The jury awarded plaintiff ;£52 12/6 for medical expenses, £100 for loss of earnings, and -£300 general damages. / His Honor Mr. .rastice Herdman accordingly entered judgment, with costs. —■ " «
