SHE DARKENED ALL HER GREY HAIR. Well Known Lady Tells How She Overcame Her Grey Hair by Simple Home-made Remedy. Mrs. E. Powell, or Glebe, Sydney, whose hair is still dark, recently made the fallowing- statement: — " Grey, streaked, or raded hair can be quickly turned black, brown,. or light brown, whichever shade you wish, by the use of the following , simple remedy that you can mix up at home. " Merely get 1 ounce of bay rum, Joz or glycerine, a small box of Orlex Compound, and mix these up with seven (7) ounces of.water. Do the.mixing: yourself to avoid unnecessary cost. Comb the liquid through the hair a couple or tiires a week until the desired shade results. You need not hesitate to use -this freely because it is perfectly harmless, does not rub off, is neither sticky nor greasy, and leaves one's hair beautifully glossy and Huffy, and free from dandruff. It should make any grey-hairert person look many, many years younger." The Orlex Compound referred to above is quite reasonable, costing- only 3/. The other ingredients should not' cost more than an extra 9d or i/. — (Ad.)
