SYDNEY, January 12. ' The Legislative Assembly, after debating the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Amendment Bill, which was vitally amended by the Legislative Council, returned the bill to the Council with the comment that the Council's amendments were considered to be an interfer- * ence with the Government, and foreign to ite policy. — (A. and N.Z.
